My goal is to create and maintain an environment for teams to become a better version of themselves every day.

During the last six years, I have been working with projects and products related to marketing analytics, internal business processes automation, security, process improvement, new product launch. Skills in project management, agile and lean approaches, system thinking and analysis, team building enable me to lead projects and reach goals efficiently.

I mentor project managers and agile coaches, work with organizations as a trainer and a consultant. Currently, I am working as a project management competency leader building a project management system within an organization from scratch.
